The NotesPrompter button is missing

Open Presenter view from the menu beside Slideshow. Look in the separate Speaker Notes window. After installing or updating the extension, refresh Google Slides and reopen Presenter View.

Shortcuts are not working

Click inside NotesPrompter and close Settings or Help. Press Space to start or pause, or type a slide number followed by Enter to jump to it.

Using reflected teleprompter hardware

Open Settings to enable mirror mode and adjust Target until the reading guide aligns with the camera lens. In version 2.0, use Current slide and Next slide to independently show or hide each preview, resize it, choose its left/right side and top/middle/bottom position, and adjust its edge spacing. Adjust reading Width to leave space for your notes between them. Your preferences are saved automatically.
